Celsior Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped from our warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong. The shipping warehouse depends on the stock availability of the model you have purchased. It is possible that your order is shipped from a warehouse located in another country because the model ordered was only available there at the time of ordering. Logistics are automated via Shopify to ensure fast and efficient order processing. We carry out regular stock checks to ensure the quality of our products.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. During sales periods or high demand periods, processing time may be slightly extended. Your estimated shipping time will be provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on your location, excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays. Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on your location and local postal practices. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Duties & Customs

We cover all customs duties and import fees on your behalf. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Your purchase price is all-inclusive.

Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. Tracking information is updated within 24 to 48 hours of shipment and is available at all times on our Track Your Order page. You will also receive automatic email updates throughout the delivery process. Please check your junk mail folder if you have not received your tracking email.

If your tracking shows no information after 48 hours, please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for the system to update. If there is still no update after 5 business days, please contact us at contact@celsior-shop.com.

Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you. Please contact us at contact@celsior-shop.com and we will resolve the situation promptly.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible if an address is entered incorrectly during checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@celsior-shop.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment. If the package is returned to us following an address error on the customer's part, we will issue a full refund once the package is received back at our warehouse.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us at contact@celsior-shop.com with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line. Once an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
